Q, Do I have access to my files on the server?
A, Yes you have ftp access to add maps, add-ons or to make config changes whenever you want.

Q, Can I start and stop my server?
A, Yes, Not only do you have ability to start and stop your server you also have the ability to do online updates based on game availability as with Half-Life etc...

Q, What speed network connection do you have?
A, We have a dedicated One Hundred Megabit per second (100mbps) connection that is enough bandwidth to handle upwards of 4000 players at the same time, or 32900GB per month.

Q, Can I add any modification to my server?
A, You can add any modification you like. within reason) If you start using more than average resources, you will be notified. We may stop your server until you fix the problem. We will not freeze all access and demand a $20.00 reinstallation fee as some hosts do.

Q, How long does it take for me to get my server?
A, After you make payment your server is usually up within 6 hours. depending on the game type. If you contact Ribby you can usually get it within minutes.

Q, Is your servers Linux or Windows?
A, We run Windows Server 2003. Documentation from the game developers recommends Windows for running game servers.

Q, Do you offer any discounts for long term commitments?
A, We offers discounts for quarterly, semi-annual and annual pre-pay commitments. The quarterly term will require you to pre-pay for three months. With the semi-annual commitment, you will be required to pre-pay six months. With the annual commitment, you will be required to pre-pay twelve months. Contact Ribby for details.
